A comprehensive deep-dive into existing structures and processes will be required to conduct a thorough analysis. This would need to include: • Interviews with staff • reviews of existing forms and process flows, • analysis of similar sized organizations, • study of IRS requirements, • and more. Building on the analysis, preparation of recommended structure and processes within budget guidelines (to include cost details) will be needed. 

Success will be a clear, detailed structure and process map with written findings and recommendations for an optimal, redesigned financial management system. Provided budget parameters and other criteria are met, we would like to have implemented the majority of the team’s recommendations within six months of completion.
