Building a business plan for a nonprofit is tough work! We are currently missing out on grant opportunities because our current business plan is not as cohesive as it can be. We want help creating a business plan which informs future partners without needing deep explanations from the executive staff all the time. We expect your revised plan with dig into the demographics of the people we serve globally, highlight what key sections and information is necessary, solidify our tone and messaging, and allow us to present our comprehensive business plans to possible grantors who would completely see the big picture of our organization and they back that understanding with money.
