We are just instituting notifications for our technology for the first time. We are looking to increase open rates, and click-through rates, which should ultimately increase engagement on our platform.
Some activities include... Researching best practices for notifications of web apps, research notification strategy for white-label software platforms, explore configurability of notifications by admin and user type, how to tie notifications to our CRM (HubSpot) and Google Analytics so we can best track and visualize performance of notifications. A overview of the strategy for improving system notifications to best increase app engagement and adoption. |
