What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?
What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? Success could be measured in 2-tiers:
-employee-to-employee & employee-to-customer engagement -comprehension & development of policies and procedures to reduce customer service issues, loss prevention, safety claims and employee turn-over -comprehension & development of policies and procedures to improve customer experience, drive positive results in Store KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ADS, UPT & Email Acquisition) and retention |
