  • Develop an innovative approach to reduce current patient population attrition rate.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Propose, using comprehensive technical analysis and a unique pitch deck, one new market and one acquisition target for Praxis Health in 2023.
  • Using Business Development Tools develop a low, medium, high opportunity potential for Praxis Health to acquire physician practices.
