Five Guys currently operates a third party delivery strategy with two partners, Deliveroo and Just Eat.  We will have the opportunity to add a third partner, Uber Eats in the summer of 2023.  We will need to evaluate the costs/benefits of adding a third partner and the timing of such a decision.

Understand the sales potential of adding a 3rd delivery partner (including cannibalization)

Project Synopsis: Expected Results
A successful project would lead to a go/no go decision for us in terms of adding UberEats in 2023.  We would measure the success based on sales/margin assumptions and the long term profitability for Five Guys.
