Analyze a company’s brand, target audience and competitors to recommend a strategy for effectively communicating the company’s brand to current and potential customers.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
Some activities that will help us to achieve our desired results would be conducting a target audience analysis, and defining our customer and their needs through a Marketing Mix Assessment. We would also like to run a Competitive Analysis to help us improve our Social Media Strategy. An investigation into our current packaging and shipping processes to find areas of improvement and cost-cutting measures followed by new ideas would be very helpful as well. 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
This project would be successful for our organization if it resulted in a higher volume of sales and customers. We would be hoping for at least a 50% increase in sales. An increase of at least 200 new followers on Social Media, would demonstrate to us the success of a new Social Media Strategy.  Identifying areas of waste and cutting our current costs associated with those areas, would also be considered a success.

By the end of Day 1, please schedule 20-30 minutes as a team either in person or via Zoom to check-in with each other. Give each person a chance to share 1) what they feel is going best so far about the project and 2) what questions/hopes they have for addressing any challenges that are coming up. 

Then, as a team please discuss and complete the questions in the GROUP TEMPERATURE CHECK. During the meeting, have one representative enter and submit the team's responses.
