Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity	Our state has the 2nd highest childcare cost in the nation(DC is 1st). When childcare is not available or unaffordable , children, families and the economy suffers. Early educators are paid salaries close to minimum wage and a disproportionate number of educators are women of color. Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required	We would like to understand the current grassroots players in our state and help stake holders replicate a successful movement for childcare Identify, support and amplify educator and parent voice help grassroots educator and families develop their policy platform public education campaign to amplify the issue Narrative change and branding the issue
Project Synopsis: Expected Results	Policy platform developed by families and educators understanding of what movement have been successful asset map stake holder tool kits to be shared and replicated surveys and results visuals to support the above and other data we may want to share
