MindHappy provides creative subscription boxes to children and young adults! For more information, visit their website:
https://mindhappy.com/

The objective of this project is to leverage data management, development, and marketing skills of four university graduate students from Stevens Institute of technology to drive customer acquisition and retention for our subscription-based box of joy and peace. By utilizing data-driven strategies, we aim to attract new subscribers and create a delightful experience that encourages customer loyalty.

Project Goals:
  1. Data Management: Implement ways to collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to gain insights into customer preferences, behavior, and satisfaction levels.
  2. Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, fostering long-term relationships with subscribers.
  3. Personalization: Utilize customer data to curate customized activities and experiences tailored to individual preferences, increasing customer satisfaction.
  4. Brand Awareness: Increase the visibility and recognition of our subscription box through targeted efforts and collaborations.
Project Plan
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement, assess customer satisfaction levels, and enhance future product iterations.
  • Loyalty Programs: Design and implement a customer loyalty program, offering incentives, rewards, or exclusive access to further incentivize subscription renewals and referrals.
  • Referral Program Design: Create a referral program that incentivizes existing customers to refer their friends, family, or social media followers, offering rewards or exclusive discounts for successful referrals.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure an adequate inventory of subscription boxes for the official launch.
  • Packaging and Shipping Logistics: Develop efficient packaging processes and establish partnerships with reliable shipping providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Customer Support Setup: Implement a customer support system, including email, live chat, or dedicated support phone line, to address pre-order inquiries and provide assistance during the launch period
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics such as pre-order numbers, conversion rates, website traffic, and customer feedback to evaluate the success of the launch campaign. Identify areas for optimization and make necessary adjustments.
Note: Regular communication and progress updates with the project advisors are crucial to ensure the students' performance aligns with the project objectives. The students should demonstrate their ability to execute marketing strategies, manage timelines, and adapt to feedback and data-driven insights to drive successful pre-order campaigns and an impactful product launch.

Thank you and excited to collaborate!
