| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | This project is with the company Wolters Kluwer.
Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services for the healthcare, tax and accounting, financial and corporate compliance, legal and regulatory, and corporate performance and ESG sectors. We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services. Wolters Kluwer reported 2022 annual revenues of €5.5 billion. The group serves customers in over 180 countries, maintains operations in over 40 countries, and employs approximately 20,000 people worldwide. The company is headquartered in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands. For more information about the company, please visit the following link: https://www.wolterskluwer.com/en Challenge: The challenge our organization faces is the need to streamline and enhance the process of obtaining licensing information for individuals and businesses in different locations and industries. The current approach often involves complex and time-consuming research to identify the specific licensing requirements, which can be a significant barrier in quick turn around time. Opportunity: The opportunity we aim to seize is to leverage cutting-edge generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to create an innovative solution that simplifies and accelerates the licensing information retrieval process. By doing so, we can provide an efficient and user-friendly tool that not only benefits our organization but also empowers individuals and businesses to navigate the licensing landscape with ease. Through this project, we aim to harness the power of AI to address the following opportunities: Efficiency: Reduce the time and effort required to access licensing information by providing quick and accurate recommendations. User Empowerment: Empower users to make informed decisions regarding licensing requirements, fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth. Data Utilization: Harness the valuable data within our licensing database, making it more accessible and useful to a wider audience. User Engagement: Create an engaging user experience that encourages feedback and continuous improvement. Overall, the challenge is to simplify the often complex and opaque licensing requirements, and the opportunity lies in deploying advanced AI technologies to make this information readily available, user-friendly, and tailored to the unique needs of each applicant. This project not only enhances our organization's service offerings but also positions us as an industry leader in utilizing AI for the benefit of our clients and the broader business community. |
