Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Inlightened, a healthcare platform that democratizes access to a marketplace of curated, vetted, and engaged clinicians and healthcare professionals, aims to enhance its service offerings by integrating a robust survey data visualization tool. Currently, Inlightened utilizes SurveyMonkey for gathering survey responses from healthcare experts. The opportunity lies in migrating this process to an in-house system that will allow users to create, manage, and analyze survey data directly within the Inlightened platform. This transition will empower clients to gain deeper insights, enhance decision-making processes, and streamline their operations, ultimately improving the user experience and engagement on the platform.

Inlightend has thousands of Experts currently in our database. We will add hundreds of thousands more in the next few years. We want to allow the companies that use our site to access our database for insights into trends and details about the healthcare landscape and apply this knowledge to their projects.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current survey data and identify key metrics for visualization.
  • Develop a schema to structure the backend for data ingestion and management.
  • Design a prototype for the data visualization dashboard, incorporating user feedback and iterative improvements.
  • Implement data visualization techniques to enable real-time querying and analysis of survey data.
  • Ensure the dashboard supports various types of visualizations such as bar graphs, charts, and heat maps.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides for the new system.

Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Successful migration of existing survey data into the new system without data loss or corruption.
  • Creation of a user-friendly dashboard that meets Inlightened’s requirements for data analysis and visualization.
  • Positive feedback from beta testers and early adopters regarding the usability and functionality of the dashboard.
  • Increased engagement and satisfaction from Inlightened’s clients, evidenced by usage metrics and user feedback.
  • Reduction in reliance on third-party survey tools, demonstrating a seamless transition to the new system.

Design prototype dashboard and data-stream
Required Deliverable
  • What types of dashboard designs meet the company’s needs?
  • Can you create a draft and define the chart type you suggest the company use?
  • What kind of relationship, composition, distribution, or comparison of data are most useful? What types of visualizations should be used in the dashboard design, and why?
  • Which KPIs should be included, and how are these expected to promote productivity and facilitate a cost-effective working environment?
  • Can you map the dataflow logic that takes into account all dashboard audiences?
Several open-ended questions we may want to answer (this is a starting point and should be defined iteratively)
  • Operations: How does the various work distribute between employees, both in terms of handling Crelate (recruiting activities) and in terms of using calls and messages (through RingCentral?). Ideally we could see a method to track effectiveness.
  • Operations: Can we track the effectiveness of our recruiting process?
  • Social Media: How are our engagement levels looking, month to month, across every criteria - likes, shares, comments - for every one of the pages? What seems to affect engagement?
