Kobliat is a leading company in global end to end digital experience, communication and automation solutions. Kobliat is offshoring their company from South Africa to the United States, and although the company already maintains clients in the U.S., they would like to prepare a GTM strategy to develop markets in both North and South America, as well as their continued success across Europe and Africa. |
| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | Kobliat is looking for a student team to assist with a go-to-market strategy focused on expansion, marketing, and sales.
|
| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | Kobliat has a new product being fully launched by the end of 2024 (in soft-launch now at two customer sites), coupled with the additional challenges of offshoring our company from South Africa to the United States, and the pursuit of venture capital investment. Craft promotion strategy 5. Choose sales and distribution channels
6. Set metrics and establish tools to measure performance 7. Prefer students with capabilities in Generative AI, virtual agents, chat agents, etc. 8. Also students with skills with building pro formas and financial models |
