Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
The goal of this project team is to evaluate the product-market fit and competitive differentiation of the CoCarting solution.

Team Tasks:

  1. Identify/confirm the target audience(s) 
  2. Define the problem being solved in human-centered terms and document the target audience unmet/underserved need(s)
  3. Market Analysis to identify potential direct and indirect competitors
  4. Conduct a Competitor Benchmarking Analysis
  5. Define the Customer Journey, UX elements, and Features that will drive competitive differentiation
  6. Optional: Develop a digital marketing strategy optimized for the target audience(s)
  7. Optional: Contribute to the Mobile App development of the recommended UX and features (requires design and/or software development skills/aptitude).

Mobile App solution for CoCarting that is optimized for the target audiences(s) and drives business growth:

  • Addressable Market: Target audience(s) provide an attractive business opportunity
