Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity

NILOOM.ai has developed an innovative AI-powered platform that accelerates digital content creation through generative tools, and dismantles the existing barriers to sophistacted XR content creation.
As NILOOM seeks to establish and deepen its traction in the game development industry, it must define and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to creatives already familiar with the process (our SAM) - and the barriers to entry - of XR creation:

1) XR artists/creators who have to rely developers to bring their projects to life
2) game developers who have the tecnical training to use game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine
3) 3D modelers (ie. people who create models on Blender, etc) who understand the nuances, see the opportunities, but are limited by the technical constraints to completing an XR project

The core challenge is to identify the right positioning, channels, and messaging strategies that resonate with these constituents (our SAM), and to validate those hypotheses through targeted outreach and testing.

Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required

  • Develop in-depth customer profiles these creator groups (Unity/Unreal Engine developers; XR artists/creators/ 3D modelers)

  • Identify relevant marketing channels, communities, and decision-making behavior

  • Analyze competitor positioning and messaging in this segment

  • Test NILOOM.ai’s UVP and messaging through outreach and structured interviews

  • Propose and refine go-to-market tactics with measurable KPIs

  • Recommend a 6–12 month sales and marketing execution plan

Project Synopsis: Expected Results

  • Clearly defined ICP and messaging pillars for our SAM

  • Identification and prioritization of channels with the highest ROI

  • 3–5 tactical experiments (paid ads, social, partnerships, community) designed and tested

  • Strategic roadmap with pipeline goals and projected CAC/LTV benchmarks

Keys to Success
● Think Like a Strategist: Don't just collect data. Ask "Why?" and "So what?" to uncover the strategic implications for Sokolin.
● Go Deep on Data: Your analysis will only be as good as the information you gather. Be thorough and curious.
● Communicate Proactively: Provide regular updates on your progress and don’t hesitate to ask clarifying questions.
● Tell a Story: Your final presentation should tell a clear and compelling story about the competitive landscape and Sokolin's path forward.
