Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
This Industry Capstone Program project is with the company HealthPrevent360 and the corporate partner is Dr. Andres Jimenez. The faculty advisor is Professor Frank Gallucci.

General Information:

Dr. Jimenez is an experienced healthcare innovator and chief medical information officer who is passionate about preventing disease, public health, behavior change, and digital transformation in healthcare. HealthPrevent 360 is on a mission to revolutionize preventive healthcare by making it affordable, accessible, and personalized, addressing a critical need in today’s healthcare landscape.

There is a growing demand for proactive healthcare solutions, driven by an aging population, increasing rates of chronic diseases, and a significant portion of Americans lacking access to primary care. Traditional healthcare systems are reactive, often addressing health issues only after they arise. HealthPrevent360 aims to shift this paradigm by providing comprehensive, science-based preventive care that is both convenient and cost-effective.

HealthPrevent360 offers a unique platform that aggregates clinical data from over 1,000 insurance companies, 360 health systems, 60 HIEs and 3 national networks. This data, combined with information from adaptive assessments covering clinical, lifestyle, mental health, environmental, occupational and genetic factors, enables us to provide personalized preventive care recommendations. Our proprietary, evidence-based rules, developed by board-certified physicians and integrated with advanced technologies like ChatGPT and machine learning, ensure precise determination, validation of preventive service compliance, and summarization of recommendations.

Our platform serves various markets including primary care physicians, law enforcement, military personnel, self-insured businesses, university students (adolescent health) and direct-to-consumer through affiliates such as Pilates and Yoga studios and Fitness centers. By helping these groups
improve health outcomes and manage healthcare costs, we create significant value for our partners and
users alike.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
Because we are focused on preventive care, and there isn’t a supportive payment model like there is for disease management, we need to find the right investor, with a longer view on the investment.

We are seeking $3 million to enhance our technology, achieve key cybersecurity milestones, expand our sales and marketing efforts, and expand compliance for all 50 states. Specifically, 52% of the funds will go towards technology development, 18% to sales and marketing, 16% to legal and clinical compliance, 8% to operations, and 6% to clinical services.

"HP 360 is in a fascinating place. I am confident that any Capstone student who works with us this summer will have an exceptional educational experience" Frank Gallucci, Faculty Advisor.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Identifying potential investors that are well aligned.
  • Number of pitches that we make, and the % of those pitches that result in subsequent diligence.
  • Completing our SEED round.
