Founded in 2016, The Kitchen Table operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to alleviate hunger and promote health by offering high-quality, local foods on a pay-what-you-can basis. The café serves family-style dinners and relies on volunteers to staff its operations, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Despite closing its physical location in November 2024, The Kitchen Table continues to explore ways to serve those in need within the community.
