| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | With the ever-changing market for talent the importance of benefits and compensation is becoming more and more competitive to attract and retain talent. The question is how extreme a company must go to attract and retain the talent they need. What is today’s talent looking for when joining a company and more importantly what are they looking for to stay. We are looking for the students to conclude what a competitive compensation package looks like. What benefits are attracting talent and what are the compensation ranges needed in specific roles. Upon conclusion of the project the team will provide an established process to continue the compensation research beyond the scope established for the project.
