Neocorp is seeking to enhance its onboarding process to improve new hire integration, retention, and overall employee satisfaction. The goal is to create a structured and engaging onboarding experience that includes a culture guide, a resources guide containing essential safety and HR information, and a list of available training resources/materials to help new employees learn more about the organization and its values as well as integrate effectively into the company.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  1. Conduct a needs assessment and SWOT analysis to understand the current onboarding process and identify gaps.
  2. Research best practices in onboarding and employee integration.
  3. Create a comprehensive resources guide (booklet, infographic, or similar resource) that includes important contacts, policies, and procedures.
  4. Compile a list of available training resources and materials, including internal and external learning opportunities.
  5. Design a structured onboarding schedule/timeline incorporating all developed materials and guides.
  6. Present the final onboarding process to Neocorp’s HR team and senior management.
